Deja Johnson, an Orlando, FL native, is an enthusiastic interdisciplinary educator with a strong background in the performing arts. With 10 years of experience working with K–12 students, she is passionate about fostering creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression through reading and writing.

Deja earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University, where she minored in Sociology, and her Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. She integrates her performing arts experience into her teaching, encouraging students to find their voices both on the page and on the stage.

Through her creative and student-centered approach, she helps learners build confidence, imagination, and a lifelong love of learning.
