Born and raised in Orlando, FL, she is a proud graduate of Jones High School. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Albany State University.

With over 15 years of experience at Kidz College, Inc., Mrs. Steplight has dedicated her career to shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. She firmly believes that by investing in just one child a day, she can make a lasting impact on their future.
