Latonya Montgomery
History Educator
LaTonya Montgomery, a native of Havana, Florida, is a dedicated educator with a passion for student success. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in April 2016.
With extensive experience working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, LaTonya has also supported children with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and special needs. As a mother of three, she finds joy in teaching both in the classroom and at home.
Committed to the belief that every child learns differently and at their own pace, LaTonya strives to ensure that no student is left behind. She fosters an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed. Recognizing the importance of patience and communication in education, she employs creative teaching methods to make learning both fun and meaningful for her students.
